  It's over and above servicing your bike ... they offer helpful, friendly advice, and are happy to talk you through any repairs or modifications you need... and a cup of coffee, to boot, if you need it !!!
  
  You don't get the feeling that they are just trying to sell you something ... like the big dealers do ...
  
  They have serviced my bike for the past 10+ years and will continue to service it for the next 10 !!!

  The shop has a german shepherd dog without lead. Almost bit me.
  I went there twice in the last year and never saw a smile on the mechanics face.
  However im not going to leave a negative comment hopefully they do a great job because its a busy place
