  Awful! Just been told I'll receive a note on my file for calling and cancelling my appointment with not enough notice. I was cancelling because my sick 2 year old child is too sick and falling asleep on the couch to make the appointment. I asked to be seen later but of course there's no availability. I have never been able to get a double appointment so i can be seen as well and my child so have to ring every day if the 3 of us are ill and make separate appointments (i have a 6 month old also). I don't drive so loading them into the double buggy to make separate trips when sick isn't the best. (To clarify, the doctor told me he was only allowed to discuss matters relating to the patient the appointment was for, he can't access any other information. Never had that at last surgery) Don't think I've ever been to a practise so devoid of empathy and caring. Guess everything is just a business now.
