  In my opinion they're Unreliable, Untrustworthy, Inconsiderate and I would avoid avoid avoid!
  Booked to get my baby's laminate floor fitted Saturday 22nd Jul at 11am but they didn't show up and they only told us at 2.30pm when WE FINALLY got through to them on the phone that they wasn't coming. He told us he would see if he could get us a discount because we had booked Saturday and gave a deposit BUT then he called back and said he can't give us a discount because the job will be done Sunday instead.
  They came out Sunday but he didn't bring the beading! And so the floor STILL wasn't finished Sunday either! Fitters promised to come back Monday to finish but
  they let us down AGAIN on Monday too because they had "forgot to buy the beading in the morning".
  
  The job was finally completed on Wednesday and it's not a very good job either! There's gaps down the side of beading and the wall and it just looks a show! But got to keep it now until we can save up and afford to go somewhere professional.
  We asked manager for some sort of refund for our time that was wasted and inconvenience because my little girl didn't have a bedroom for 5 days, but it was refused. He then came back and gave us a measly £10.
  We didn't have to spend our money at his store (and I wish we hadn't because he's not even cheap!).
  Alls he done was blame his fitters and never once accepted responsibility or apologised. I've even messaged them privately to see if they would like to rectify this but I was told that it would get "looked into further" but that was over a week ago and I've been ignored since.
  Absolutely never going back to them again. Awful business!
