  Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. The lady who saw to us when we arrived was shocking . She answered the business phone . Then answered her mobile to which she called the person a witch (her daughter) I'm sorry this is not what I want to hear when I've just lost a loved one ... whilst we were discussing funeral arrangements a family came in to see their family member they had lost. Once they had gone thru to the back the lady turned to us and said 'they do my head in' 'wouldnt mind I can't even understand them' (they were Chinese). We asked about bringing our loved one home on Sunday .she advised us they were closed and charged etc to bring them home at the weekend so best do it Friday. I'm sorry I am still upset at the way we was treated. If doing this wasn't hard enough. She made it unbearable
  Gave them 1 star cos couldn't rate 0. They weren't the cheapest either
