  Phoned the service centre when had vacuumed a rogue object that was causing machine to spark. Arranged an engineer to come a couple of days later which was two weeks earlier than the original service date. Much appreciated. Brendan phoned to confirm his arrival time. After his initial diagnosis, he repaired the motor and replaced the fan. Back to working order, he then vacuumed, treated and cleaned my carpet. He was extremely efficient and polite at all times. Would happily recommend his work. Thanks again for the prompt response.
