  Brilliant service and a godsend to all those who need regular stoma/catheter supplies as well as regular repeat medication such as inhalers, tablets etc. I know that I can rely on Bullen to contact me once a month for a main order, but equally I can ring them in between if I find that I am getting short of an item & they will do there utmost to get items to me before I run out. On the whole, the complimentary items they send out with orders is of good quality, but I really don't like the hand sanitiser foam. I would much prefer an option for hand gel instead.
  
  Everyone I speak to there are kind, considerate and care for their clients. Most are knowledgeable about alternative items they can send as a sample in cases where your regular item is not available and you need something to tide you over till they can get your regular items in. I don't have a bad thing to say about any of the staff per se, but it would have been nice to receive notification direct from Bullen, rather than second hand from another client, that my personal advisor (Lawrence) had left/was leaving the company and who is going to take on his client base. It means his client base is really in limbo until we are told who we now should get a call from.
  
  It is such a shame about Lawrence, I really liked him, as it was obvious he really cared for those he spoke to and always remembered even the little things, like if yourself or a family member had been ill/ in hospital recently.
