  Saw a job on Reed by these people who were advertising a retail based role. Read through application as retail environment was what I was seeking and everything seemed great so I sent off my CV
  
  Got an email next morning advising me to call so I did and the woman went through an over-the-phone interview to check what I expected of the role and to see if I was right for it. She told me I was perfect and they had exactly what I was looking for and ended up asking me booking me in for an informal interview later that day.
  
  Went to interview and was met with some cocky suited and booted fella who asked me what I was looking for in the role and went through the same process again. Told him everything and he came out with something completely different. Asked me what interested me in Marketing and Sales. When I questioned the role on offer he looked at me like I was stupid, wrote something on my application and ended the interview, commenting "maybe read the website next time?".
  
  Stereotypical arrogant salesman.
