  Really poor customer service from this firm. Do NOT trust them. We paid a deposit for a car that they then couldn't sell us. They clung on to that deposit even though they had backed out of the deal because the car was so faulty until I threatened to Sue them. They're obviously desperate for money and they have never heard of the word sorry. Disgusting attitudes towards customers. Don't even deserve a 1 star
