  they make it so bloody hard to get some think done . phone and you get no were as they done under stand what your on about . just a bit of common sence makes life so so easy. i only wanted them to come and clean the drain pipes on the roof as they were all blocked and the water was coming in to my home. but as i own my home they would"nt take my call it had to be some one either side of to ring up and they would of come out . so for that 1star for picking the phone up . i went to the office in runcorn and spoke to gentleman call tom who took my name down and i told him what was wrong and he came out 20mins later got on the roof and said they be out tomorrow to clean the roof . i thank him for his time and for coming out so fast , he i will give 5 star to ,please learn somethink from what i have said.
