  Was here Xmas eve waited over 30 minuets for a toy when my receipt said wait time two minutes. I asked a number of times could someone check the toys behind the desk to see if one of them was mine replay was NO when it had been sat there for about 5 minutes Most of the staff that was front of house were all stood in the corner by the fast track desk all laughing and joking while ther was huge ques and a even bigger back log of toys waiting to be given to the customers!!! I asked if some one could help me and was there a problem? My replay was very rude and I got told we are working has fast has we can. I then asked why their was all stood around laughing and jokeing when there is people waiting!! a woman in her 40s with a very bad attitude started shouting so I walked away and ask my friend to wait for the toy instead. The toy we was waiting for had been picked an placed ready to be given out. BUT no the workers would rather stand around talking S*** instead of doing there job. poor management, staff are a bit to old to cope with the job and also very rude!! I will not be shopping here again and I have worked for Argos in the past and this never happend at my shop it would not happen was a complete joke and a waste of my time !!!!

  Tried to return a pair of headphones here which had only been used once to test, worker instantly/abruptly said no as they had been used, they even opened the package to see that the tag on the headphones hadn’t been taken off and no wires had been taken out. Took these to the Liverpool One Argos where they refunded it no questions asked, they don’t even deserve a star imo.
